You will be the first point of contact for clients with payment difficulties. You will assist them in paying their social contributions as efficiently as possible, taking into account a personalized approach and the legislative framework.

Your tasks will include advising clients on the possibilities of settling their debt as efficiently as possible, maintaining close contact with various parties such as the government, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, and debt mediators, and using various (government) applications and tools to register dossiers correctly and conduct correspondence and communication.

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Relevant work experience is a plus.
• You are service- and people-oriented, have a listening ear for clients, and can detect and resolve their needs proactively.
• You are stress-resistant and flexible, able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French is a plus.
