Medical Devices Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders from start to finish, working closely with sales, planning, logistics, and finance departments.

• You will manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring seamless execution of complex tasks.
• You will work on a daily basis in our SAP system, analyzing processes and optimizing them for the future.
• You will be the primary point of contact for a group of customers, developing strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• You will participate in ad-hoc projects, such as sales support, trade shows, and conferences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

• A proven track record as a Career Development Specialist in a similar industry.
• Fluent English and Dutch language skills (any other languages are a plus).
