Strategic Business Partner

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and success. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable business specifications.

• Your key responsibilities will include communicating with stakeholders, analyzing the impact of required changes, designing and documenting processes, coordinating testing, and implementing change management strategies.
• You will also be responsible for adapting to new environments and working collaboratively with clients to meet their needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst who can think critically, creatively, and strategically. You should have a proven track record in business or process analysis, project management methodologies (such as Prince 2, PMI, or Agile), and tools like Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, or Enterprise Architect.

• Familiarity with business process modeling languages (ARIS, Visio, Camunda, UML) would be an asset.
• You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French and English, and a good knowledge of Dutch.
