Senior Product Visionary

pKey Roles and Responsibilities: /pp    Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog according to business and regulatory priorities. /pp    Build and maintain a clear product vision in line with strategic objectives. /pp    Write user stories and ensure full understanding by the development team. /pp    Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives). /pp    Take ownership of decisions, arbitrating priorities to maximize business value. /pp    Ensure functional consistency and the quality of deliverables. /pp    Collaborate closely with business, IT, and compliance teams to integrate KYC requirements. /ppJob Requirements: /pp    bMinimum 2 years /b of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment. /pp    bStrong knowledge /b of banking/financial services with proven KYC / AML expertise. /pp    Previous experience in regulatory or transformation projects. /pp    bSolid understanding /b of Agile and Scrum methodologies. /pp    Experience with budget management and project follow-up. /ppbEssential Skills: /b /pp    bStrategic mindset /b with the ability to keep a helicopter view. /pp    bStrong analytical /b and structured thinking. /pp    bPersuasive communication /b and stakeholder management skills. /pp    bQuality-oriented /b and detail-minded. /pp    bGoal-driven /b and adaptable to change. /pp    bNatural leadership /b and team spirit. /ppLanguages: /pp    bFluent /b in English. /pp    Knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset. /p
