Dynamics Trainer and Change Lead (outside IR35)


Trainer and Change Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Belgium (Hybrid – Remote with Some Site Travel) Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or CE) Job Purpose: The Trainer and Change Manager will lead user enablement and change adoption activities during the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a Belgium-based organisation. This dual-role position combines the development of a structured change management strategy with the hands-on delivery of tailored training programs, ensuring end-users across departments are engaged, prepared, and confident in using the new system from day one. Key Responsibilities: Change Management Develop and execute the change management strategy aligned to the D365 implementation roadmap. Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness planning across business units. Manage internal communications, engagement campaigns, and feedback mechanisms. Identify potential resistance, monitor adoption risks, and work with functional leads to address gaps. Support leadership and department heads in embedding lasting behavioural and process change. Training Delivery Define the training approach, formats, and timelines to support go-live and post-go-live activities. Develop engaging, role-based training materials, including guides, simulations, and e-learning content. Deliver training sessions virtually and on-site (where required) across functions including Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain. Coordinate and support Train-the-Trainer programmes across teams. Provide on-the-ground support during go-live, including floorwalking and knowledge reinforcement. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with the ERP project team, business leads, and external implementation partners. Regularly report on training progress, user readiness, and change adoption KPIs. Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure training and change plans align with operational needs and system design. Required Skills and Experience: ~5+ years' experience in change management and ERP training roles. ~ Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (F&O and/or CE). ~ Experience working within multinational environments, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or logistics sectors. ~ Ability to create and deliver engaging training content tailored to diverse end-user groups. ~ Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both in-person and remote. ~ Fluent in English; French or Dutch highly desirable. ~ Prosci or equivalent certification in change management (preferred).
