Manager Aftermarket External Affairs

We are looking for a new colleague in our Finance team in Brussels.
 
What you can look forward to as Manager Aftermarket External Affairs (m/f/d):

• Identification of regulatory risks and opportunities for ZF Aftermarket and Definition of the ZF Aftermarket position for key industry topics together with the Divisional leadership team (White Papers)
• Align & adjust the ZF Aftermarket position together with VB between stakeholders within and outside Division B on regular base
• Prepare & follow-up key meetings with Aftermarket Associations (e.g., CLEPA, VDA, …) and support the respective ZF members/participants
• Translate & transfer Division B global perspective in regional organizations
• Close alignment with ZF Group
• Create transparency on existing memberships in Associations of ZF Aftermarket (including ITGs) and maintain on regular base (data base)
• Integral part of External Affairs (VB) work and daily collaboration with teams in Berlin and Brussels and common development of strong ZF Aftermarket strategy toward decision-makers and associations
• Regular monitor & review strategy
   

Your Profile as Manager Aftermarket External Affairs (m/f/d):

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Law or related discipline
• Several years of relevant experience and comprehensive overview on worldwide ZF Group and ZF Aftermarket presence
• Network within ZF Group and/or ZF Aftermarket as advantage
• Ability to derive regulatory asks and translate them into business impacts, both risks and opportunities
• Ability to work independently and analytically, esp. with legislative texts
• Experience in developing hypothesis-driven analytics, and in developing high-quality presentation materials to communicate progress and outcome
• Team player who enjoys negotiation, networking and politics
• Strong communication skills on management level (fluent in English mandatory, German would be an advantage)
