Yusen Logistics Benelux has branches in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden. We have about 1000 colleagues working on these locations. For our location in Melsele, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Master Data Management team.

What's the job about:

As our Master Data Management coordinator you ensure that our data within the company is correct. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MDM (Master Data Management) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality master data across various business systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

What will you be doing:

• Maintain and update master data records in alignment with company policies and data governance standards.
• Validate, cleanse, and enrich data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and integrity issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments (such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales) to collect and verify master data.

Who are we looking for:

• You are stress resistant and can multitask in a high pace environment.
• You are detail-oriented and reliable.
• You pick up new systems easily or have experience in Excel, D365 and Service Now.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory
