Vp Events & Delivery- Congress- Corporate Events Platform

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a Marketing position. This is an event DELIVERY and EXECUTION position with 8 years of current or previous P&L responsibility. --------- My client is a disrupter in the Events Congress/Corporate Events platform for Life Sciences & other industries. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Events VP of Services & Production to join our team and drive the success of our professional services division. We are looking for someone with deep Event Corporate Events experience with ideally startup and large companies experience. A good knowledge of the Life Sciences/ Pharmaceuticals preferred Location: Europe - Remote. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Professional Services team to ensure the successful implementation and support of my clients SaaS Engagement management software products. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive client success. Oversee project management, implementation, and support services to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and product offerings. Identify training needs for Professional Services resources and coordinate the development of new training content. Ensure consistent use of implementation methodologies and best practices. Maintain reporting on capacity, implementation work, and resource constraints. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Events / Corporate Events Minimum 8 years of full P&L responsibility. Minimum of 15 years of experience managing a high-performing Professional Services team in a SaaS product or services company. Recent experience within the last 3 employments within a start-up or medium (less than 300 FTE size SaaS software company). Proven track record of successfully delivering and produce complex events Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels. Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to execute implementation plans that lead to rapid, successful go-live. Hands-on program management experience of large, complex events,/congresses & if possible software implementation projects. Ability to analyze data to identify potential issues and mitigate risks. Proven ability to coach and mentor team members. Master’s Degree, Business, or a related field is preferred. English & another European language a plus.
