About the Role

As a
Change Manager
, you will play a key role in leading and managing large-scale change initiatives across the organization. You will ensure that transformation projects are aligned with strategic goals and that change is effectively embedded throughout all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational and digital transformation programs with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Align project goals with broader business ambitions and performance objectives.
• Coach leaders and teams to embrace new ways of working and thinking.
• Apply proven change management methodologies and best practices.
• Build trust, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration across departments.

Your Profile

• Minimum of
  5 years of experience in Change Management
  , preferably in large-scale organizational or technology transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Experience in executive coaching and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive progress in complex environments.
