Robotics Product Manager (M/F)

In order to grow further, address new markets and better serve our customers, we are looking for a dynamic Robotics Product Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Team, based in Wavre, Belgium.

Let’s talk about your role

Under the supervision of the Robotics Sales & Marketing Director, after acquiring a solid understanding of our existing and planned robotic products and applications, you will be responsible to drive the development and success of our product lines.

Key responsibilities :

• Product Strategy: develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and market needs;
• Market Research: conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, new markets and competitive landscape (keep up to date our competitive benchmarking, the EGMF figures and participation, the legal framework evolution, …);
• Business case elaboration and Business / market development: define the sales forecast, pricing, differentiating product features, distribution channels and promotion required to successfully launch products;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management;
• Product Development: participation in the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring the prioritization of the market requirements, timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. ( make sure that all required market input and sales support is available);
• Performance Analysis: monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations (e.g. organize with the marketing customer satisfaction surveys and dealers / distributors interviews).

Your Profile

You have a Master’s degree in Business engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in innovative industry;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• At least fluent in French and English, knowledge of any other language is an advantage;
• Ready to travel more or less 20% of your time.

Geographical scope

As Yamabiko Europe extends, our robots are also sold under the brand ECHO Robotics on the North American and Asian market as well as some European countries.

Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE)

Our OPE department is committed to promoting both professional brands : ECHO and SHINDAIWA, across Europe and Africa. Our product range includes high-performance chainsaws for limbing, felling, and pruning trees; versatile trimmers and brush-cutters for grass cutting, mowing, and clearing; and powerful blowers for leaf and debris management.
