Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Officer. Located in Leuven, with the flexibility to work from home part-time, the Chief Growth Officer will support the sales, business development, and marketing functions. The role involves creating and executing growth strategies, driving digital and traditional marketing efforts, and identifying new business opportunities. The Growth Officer will work closely with the executive team to achieve organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Talent in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development
• Proficiency in Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in content services or related industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Affinity with SaaS, cloud technologies and AI
