NATO - IAM & PKI Expert
ON-SITE IN BRUSSELS: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Officer (MFA & PKI Expertise)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Contract Length: 300 hours (~40 working days)
Security Clearance: Required (SECRET)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IAM Officer to support enterprise-level Identity and Access Management initiatives. You will help develop IAM strategies, policies, and directives, and support the implementation of secure solutions, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) & PKI

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IAM Officer to support enterprise-level Identity and Access Management initiatives. You will help develop IAM strategies, policies, and directives, and support the implementation of secure solutions, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) & PKI
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IAM policies and enterprise directives.
- Advise on PKI management and IAM strategies.
- Support the setup of an Enterprise IAM Board.
- Implement IAM solutions across on-premises and cloud systems, including MFA.
- Coordinate risk management activities and perform High-Level Risk Analysis.
- Lead project coordination activities and liaise with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and updating of security directives.
- Multi-year experience in IAM at both policy and implementation levels.
- Strong background in implementing IAM for on-prem and cloud systems.
- Hands-on experience with MFA and technical IAM solutions.
- Project or service management experience with stakeholder coordination.
- Experience managing technical teams to support project delivery.
- Knowledge of PKI, including administration and auditing, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cryptography and key management.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- SECRET security clearance is required.
