Exhibition Manager South Europe


Functie

You are an experienced Sales & Project Manager . Spotting exhibition trends, expanding your network with partners and analyzing results. Each day brings you an interesting mix of diverse tasks.

As an Exhibition Manager , you organize several Spanish/Italian/Portuguese editions of ARCHITECT@WORK. You implement commercial activities in the market, and actively contribute to sales. Immersing yourself in the world of architecture , you highlight the financial picture and become an expert in the exhibition industry . No lack of variety!

  • You ensure the commercial development of customer relationships and actively seek exhibitors for the exhibition ARCHITECT@WORK South Europe.

  • You take the lead on several editions and guide your colleagues in the project team through the entire process.

  • You express your creativity through advertising campaigns, brochures, and mailings.

  • You develop budgets , conduct analyses, and draw up the final balance.

Jouw profiel

You excel in organization and possess strong commercial talent . Experience has shown that you easily establish new contacts and build long-term relationships. You are a jack of all trades and can juggle language, numbers and graphs. No detail escapes your critical eye!

  • You have a Master's degree and experience as a Sales Manager or Project Manager.

  • You speak Spanish but also Dutch or English

  • You live in Belgium and are able to work from our office in Kortrijk .

  • You are a hardworking, driven individual, both independently and in a team.

  • You are willing to travel abroad for a few weeks a year.

  • De concurrentiepositie onderzoeken (markt, prijzen, nieuwe trends, ...)
  • Budgetten opstellen en beheren
  • De onderneming vertegenwoordigen op beurzen, salons, exposities, ...
  • Key accounts van de organisatie opvolgen
    Het klanten-/prospectenpotentieel analyseren
  • De gegevens over de activiteiten van de dienst of de organisatie opvolgen en analyseren
    Een vooruitgangstraject voorstellen
  • Toezicht houden op de activiteit van een specifieke dienst: Verkoop
  • De commerciële exportactiviteit van een onderneming organiseren
  • De commerciële strategie van de onderneming uitwerken
    De jaaractieplannen bepalen (productpromotie, markten waarop kan worden geïnvesteerd, ...)
  • Bestekken opstellen of bijdragen tot de opstelling ervan bij de lancering van producten of tijdens promotiecampagnes
  • De commerciële dienst van de onderneming organiseren (ontwikkeling van het netwerk, commerciële opleidingen, ...)
  • De commerciële strategie in een geografische zone organiseren: Internationaal
