As we prepare to scale across Europe, we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who can bridge the gap between clinical enthusiasm and executive-level commitment, building trusted relationships with hospital leadership, financial stakeholders, and procurement teams.

🎯 YOUR MISSION - What you’ll achieve

As Strategic Account Manager, you'll lead enterprise-level sales efforts targeting C-suite hospital leadership across Europe. This role is critical to positioning XEOS as a strategic partner in capital-intensive healthcare environments, with a strong emphasis on executive-level relationships, value selling, and deal orchestration.

📝 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - What you’ll do

  • Be a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader who proactively identifies opportunities, engages decision-makers, and pushes boundaries to drive technology adoption
  • Own and drive the sales process with hospital executive stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, etc.) for the XEOS AURA 10 PET-CT specimen imager
  • Develop tailored value propositions aligned with hospital operational and strategic goals
  • Coordinate with clinician-focused teams to align messaging and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles (6–18 months) from first contact to close
  • Navigate hospital procurement, budgeting, and executive decision-making processes
  • Represent XEOS at industry events, C-level conferences, trade shows, and field-specific cases to stay informed, to build brand awareness and pipeline, and to network to promote our story
  • Be a trusted advisor to key accounts and ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership
  • Gather and share market insights with internal teams (Product, Marketing, R&D) to refine strategy and roadmap
  • Report to the Head of Sales Europe, communicate clearly across teams, and maintain your asset(s) in good condition


🌟 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - What you bring and Who you are

  • MBA or advanced business education—or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in capital equipment sales in healthcare
  • Proven success closing €500K–€2M+ enterprise deals with C-suite stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of hospital capital planning, procurement, ROI modeling, and value analysis
  • Executive presence with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
  • Based in Belgium with willingness to travel across Europe to meet clients and attend events
  • Strategic, autonomous, and adaptable—comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Familiarity with IDNs, academic medical centers, or large hospital systems
  • A natural communicator, networker, and team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Agile learner, able to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment while contributing to XEOS’s mission

  • Experience selling first-in-category or disruptive medical technology
  • Background in imaging technologies or nuclear medicine
  • Fluency in German, French or other European languages
