Are you passionate about luxury, relationships, and delivering unforgettable client experiences?
We're looking for a Digital Private Client Advisor to join the Omnichannel Client Development team at the Client Services Centre of one of the world's most iconic luxury brands in Brussels.
If you love building meaningful relationships, exceeding sales targets, and working with high-value clients in a premium environment — this role is calling your name.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Digital Private Client Advisor, you won't just sell — you'll curate, connect, and elevate the client journey.
You'll play a key role in growing and nurturing a portfolio of 10K+ top-tier clients through highly personalized digital and in-store engagement.
Your impact will include:
Growing & Elevating Your Client Portfolio
Nurture existing high-value clients and reignite relationships with lapsed ones
Identify and convert promising prospects into loyal brand ambassadors
Deliver a seamless and exceptional omnichannel experience
Creating Memorable Client Moments
Strengthen relationships through curated animations and exclusive event activations
Leverage the market event calendar to drive engagement and loyalty
Host virtual and in-store appointments tailored to each client
Driving Sales & Performance
Achieve — and exceed — your individual and team sales targets
Offer personalized product recommendations that reflect true client sophistication
Increase high-end digital sales share by elevating product storytelling
Use data and analytics to understand client preferences and refine your strategy

What You Bring

Solid experience in retail and distance selling
A proven track record as a top performer
Strong business acumen and client development expertise
Confidence communicating with VIPs and HNWIs — both verbally and in writing
A genuine passion for styling and luxury products
The ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations
An autonomous, solution-driven mindset
Native or fluent Dutch
Native or fluent French
