Due to continued market growth, we are looking for the
office in Urmond
for a full-time:

Administrative Assistant Customer Service Export

- French speaking region -

(minimum 32 hours)

What you will do:

• Together with your 6 colleagues (each responsible for a region) you are
  responsible
  for the timely administrative processing of all orders from receipt to dispatch. In addition, you take care of all relevant order/shipment documents (delivery note, invoices, credit notes, certificate of conformity, EUR1 etc).
• You have regular
  contact
  (by phone/mail) with
  customers / distributors
  , the Balt Sales team, finance, quality, demand planning, CEVA and carriers about delivery times, product availability, back order, prices, sales conditions and possible product complaints.
• In addition, you will be the
  point of contact
  for returned goods and arrange for credit notes and perhaps replacement shipment.
• In case of vacations or busy times, you will substitute a colleague from another region.

What do you bring:

• You already have several years of work experience in a similar role.
• You speak and write fluent French and English
  . Dutch is an advantage.
• It goes without saying that you are customer friendly, remain calm at all times and strive to help a customer as well and as quickly as possible.
