As a Project Manager, you'll own the end-to-end implementation of enterprise merchant integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding, technical setup, and go-live for high-value clients. Project Manager, Enterprise Implementation
In this role, you will serve as the central coordinator for enterprise merchant projects, working hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams to manage integration and onboarding initiatives. You'll act as the key point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards in our dynamic fintech environment.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise merchant onboarding and product integrations (e.g., Wonder App, Smart Terminal, Card, Portal, and T+0 settlement features), from kickoff through testing, go-live, and handover.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk registers for multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes and durations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, compliance, risk, support) and external stakeholders (merchants, banks, partners) to resolve blockers, align on deliverables, and drive progress.
Manage project scope, changes, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to Wonder's processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in payments/fintech.
Track project status, budgets, and KPIs; prepare and present regular updates, dashboards, and reports to internal leadership and clients.
Identify and mitigate risks/issues proactively; escalate when needed to keep projects on track.
Gather and document client requirements and feedback during implementation, serving as a bridge to internal teams for continuous product/service improvements.
Ensure smooth post-go-live transition and client acceptance, contributing to high satisfaction and successful adoption.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent at anticipating issues before they arise.
Strong in time management, prioritization, and finding efficient ways to deliver high-impact results.
Comfortable in client-facing scenarios, communicating clearly and building trust during implementation phases.
Additional Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS implementations, enterprise software onboarding, or client-facing technical projects (experience with payment gateways, integrations, or financial services is a strong plus).
Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Jira, Asana, , or similar.
Full professional proficiency in English; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.
PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent is advantageous but not required.
