Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications.
• Experience with SAP Retail (in the following areas: Article Master, Site Master, VAS, Season, STOs, Delivery & Billing etc.)
• Must have an understanding on how POS data (sales, inventory, receipts, tenders, financial transactions) are processed within the SAP ERP solution.
• Profound understanding of Retail business processes.
• Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a “Can-do “attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate support of SAP IS-Retail & implementation at times.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process issues and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail solutions.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
