We are looking for a Junior IT Officer to join our IT Team in a leading advocate organisation where you can make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of wind energy. You will be responsible for the internal user support, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment, maintenance of user accounts and IT onboarding to newcomers.brYou will report to the Head of IT.brMain duties and responsibilities:br- Hardware configuration and maintenance (PC, mobile phones, tablets)br- Creation and maintenance of user accounts br- IT support (1st line)br- Assistance to the IT Team in IT projectsbr- Administrative assistance to the IT Team (creating/updating IT documentation, ordering small equipment, updating IT inventories, creating purchase orders, etc.)brMindset and skills qualifications: br- Pro-active, energetic, innovative, self-starterbr- Team player, constructive mindsetbr- Well-organised, able to multitask and stress resistantbr- Able to work independently in a structured and transparent mannerbr- Displaying ownership of and a high sense of responsibility regarding the projects assignedbr- Client-oriented (internal users) with a positive attitude and good communicationbrExperience br- Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent job experience).br- Circa 2 years of previous professional experiencebrIT skillsbr- Experience in configuration and maintenance of IT equipment (Windows, iOS)br- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environmentbr- Familiarity with Sharepointbr- Familiarity with scripting, PowerShell and other administrator toolsbr- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)br- Familiarity with TeamViewer or other remote support toolsbrLanguages br- Very good level of English (written and spoken).br- French or Dutch is a plus (in communication with Belgian suppliers).brOffer:br- Our offer is made up of a remuneration package that includes extra-legal advantages such as a pension scheme, health insurance including disability insurance, personal and professional travel insurance as well as the possibility to work from abroad up to 15 days a year, a work from home allowance, meal vouchers, etc.br- Multicultural/Open-minded and stimulating environmentbr- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week from home).brWindEurope is an equal opportunity employer.brDeadline is 31/10/2025 brNote: only short-listed candidates will be contacted 3 weeks post-deadline
