B2B Solutions Architect IT & Fix Connectivity
Looking for a dynamic professional to collaborate with Account and Sales Managers, crafting tailored, high-quality technical and commercial proposals that meet customer needs and exceed their experience expectations. Join us to deliver solutions that make a real impact!
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a proactive and consultative partner for customers during the definition of their ICT and business needs, working closely with Account and Sales Managers.
- Analyze and qualify customer needs, translating them into high-quality, customized proposals that incorporate internal and partner solutions.
- Contribute technical and commercial input to complex RFP responses, supporting the bid process led by a Bid Manager.
- Serve as a key technical-commercial advisor, creating, presenting, and negotiating proposals that fully address customer needs and expectations, balancing the chances of closing the deal with the company's delivery capabilities.
- Ensure the quality of solutions during and after delivery by coordinating with relevant teams, validating content, budget, and timing, and monitoring ongoing implementation.
- Provide customer feedback on services, pricing, and market trends to the Marketing department, supporting product and service development.
- Stay informed about emerging ICT technologies, obtain certifications, and train internal teams on new solutions and value propositions to keep skills up to date.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function or in an Engineering, Product Marketing, or Project Management role.
- Background in the IT security domain, with knowledge of SDWAN, SASE and EDR/XDR concepts, and familiarity with SOC services, is highly desirable.
- Experience with certain vendors like Cisco or Fortinet is a plus.
- High-level understanding of the following frameworks or directives: ISO27001, NIST, NIS2, CyFun.
- Strong knowledge of products and technology in the telecom and ICT market.
- Solid commercial skills to qualify, present, and support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle of a project.
- Strong process management approach and project management skills to translate customer needs into deliverable projects, monitor progress, document, and report on developments.
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good command of English.
