Key responsibilities

• responsible for the deployment of applications and/or infra components over different environments, and responsible for the stability of their own application and/or infra component
• identification of application and infra related problems
• taking the lead for incident solution
• responsible for monitoring, documenting, testing, performance, life cycle management, study, technical behaviour and run of the application and/or infra components
• coordination of all modifications for different infra components and environments
• specification, design, testing and deployment of the runtime runbooks and the rollback runbooks
• specification, design and execution of performance and acceptance testing (including high availability and disaster recovery testing)
• assuming all application and/or infra modifications to be compliant with ecurity policies
• contribute to the construction of the architecture, the setup of environments, and ensure the execution of life cycle management
• take all required actions to configure and implement monitoring via tools (Alerts)
• ensure that the squad contributes to service operations processes. Responsible for the execution and follow up of ITIL processes like “incident”, “problem” and “change” process
• responsible for the creation/maintenance of documentation and knowledge base required for incident solving concerning the application and/or infra component
• indicate and escalate potential impediments
• initiate process improvements

Required skills

• Expert in implementation of Kubernetes
• Expert in usage of TerraForm
