Are you passionate about driving seamless processes, optimizing SAP systems, and leading digital transformation? We're looking for an experienced End-to-End O2C Process Owner to shape, standardize, and elevate our global Order-to-Cash processes.

⭐ what you'll do

As the O2C Process Owner, you will oversee the full lifecycle of the Order-to-Cash process — from order entry to revenue collection. You'll design the global O2C blueprint, guide SAP transformation initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Maintain process MAPS, controls, and KPIs

continuous improvement & innovation

Identify automation and digitization opportunities

Explore SAP innovations (AI, predictive analytics, automation)

Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts

governance & SAP design

Represent O2C in design boards

Approve functional proposals and ensure compliance

Prioritize O2C requirements and validate solutions

cross-functional collaboration

Work with Finance, Sales, IT, Customer Service, Logistics

Lead workshops and translate business needs into SAP functionality

Ensure seamless integration with CRM, billing, and financial systems

change & Data management

Lead change impact assessments

Support training and communication

Ensure data quality, standards, and migration readiness

process & system deployment

Support end-to-end SAP implementation phases

Validate solutions and sign off on Go-Live readiness

what you bring

7+ years experience in O2C process management, ideally in international settings

Strong SAP expertise—S/4HANA, SD, FI-AR, and integration points

Background in large ERP or Finance transformation programs

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
