At Smurfit Westrock, we believe in the power of sustainable packaging solutions that help brands grow and connect with consumers. We are looking for a driven Account Manager New Business to join our Benelux team, focusing on the consumer segment with an emphasis on leaflets and carton packaging.
What You Will Do
Actively identify and approach new clients in the Benelux region
Develop strategic sales plans to generate new business
Advise prospects on innovative packaging solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into actionable proposals
Build long-term client relationships with a focus on growth and collaboration
What You Bring
Strong commercial drive and proven experience in hunting and new business development
Knowledge of the packaging industry
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Independent work attitude and passion for customer-focused service
Willingness to travel within the Benelux region
