Business Development Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (
    account management
    ) and prospects (
    hunting
    ).
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their challenges and present our offerings in leadership, AI, data, and change management.
  • Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Participate in complex sales projects in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and tenders by mobilizing relevant managers and experts.
  • Develop and implement a medium-term sales strategy, monitor performance, and adjust actions to meet targets.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (MSc/MBA) in Business or Engineering, with at least
    2 years
    of business development experience, ideally in consulting or IT services.
  • Mandatory
    fluency in French and English, or Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in account management and hunting, with a strong results orientation and resilience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork skills, and confidence in public speaking.
  • Dynamic, curious, autonomous, and motivated by commercial success in an agile and innovative environment.
