Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (
account management
) and prospects (
hunting
). - Conduct client meetings to understand their challenges and present our offerings in leadership, AI, data, and change management.
- Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
- Participate in complex sales projects in collaboration with internal teams.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs and tenders by mobilizing relevant managers and experts.
- Develop and implement a medium-term sales strategy, monitor performance, and adjust actions to meet targets.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (MSc/MBA) in Business or Engineering, with at least
2 years
of business development experience, ideally in consulting or IT services. - Mandatory
fluency in French and English, or Dutch and English, both spoken and written. - Proven experience in account management and hunting, with a strong results orientation and resilience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork skills, and confidence in public speaking.
- Dynamic, curious, autonomous, and motivated by commercial success in an agile and innovative environment.
