Role Description Weir & Associates is seeking an Apprentice for a full-time, on-site role in Hong Kong SAR. The Apprentice will work closely with legal and advisory teams on tasks such as client case research, drafting legal documents, assisting with corporate filings, and supporting due diligence processes. Responsibilities will also include providing administrative and organizational support, attending client meetings, and learning about international and local legal procedures to contribute to the success of the firm's various practice areas. The Apprentice will be a key bridge between clients and the Firm. Qualifications Strong research and analytical skills related to legal and business contexts Proficiency in drafting, proofreading, and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Tagalog is highly beneficial Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines Knowledge of legal frameworks in Hong Kong and East Asia is a plus Proficiency in using relevant computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite Professionally driven and eager to learn, with a strong interest in legal and advisory services Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Business, or a related field
