Well known Global Consultancy based in Brussels are looking for a SIAM Expert.

Role: The SIAM Expert is responsible for the design and further development and guidance of the SIAM operating. With demonstrable experience in SIAM, ITIL processes, multi-vendor environments and tooling integration (such as ServiceNow, or comparable ITSM Tools), this plays a key role in the transition to an integrated supplier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement TO BE SIAM Target Operating Model with clear role divisions
• Lead transition to hybrid SIAM model including process design and supplier integration
• Coordinate central tooling architecture (ServiceNow) and tool integrations
• Advise on sourcing, contract management, and supplier collaboration
• Facilitate internal-external partner collaboration within ecosystem
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, Service Catalog, and CSI processes
• Coach stakeholders and process managers within SIAM organization
• Guide employees in embedding SIAM principles

• Tool integration and process automation (ServiceNow, Ivanti, etc.)
• Training, coaching and guidance of process teams
