Head of Controlling / Finance Manager - Real Estate

For one of our clients, a prestigious and well-established player in the real estate sector, we are currently looking for a Head of Controlling to join their team in Brussels.

This is a diverse and high-impact role, reporting directly to the CFO and managing a small team.

Your Responsibilities as Head of Controlling

• Develop budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with the CFO for presentation to Executive Committees and the Board.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial performance, risks, and strategic decisions.
• Oversee the integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Design and monitor internal control systems to safeguard the company’s assets.
• Optimize financial workflows and support data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Supervise quarterly closings and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Drive implementation of new tools and processes (e.g., cash forecasting).
• Serve as a bridge between finance and operational teams, offering insights and guidance.
• Lead a team of 3 direct reports.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a similar Controlling or Senior Finance role.
• Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
• French, Dutch is an asset
