Claims Advisor Multiline

To stimulate its further growth, WTW Belgium is looking for a talented Claims Advisor Multiline (m/f) for its CRB (Corporate Risk & Broking) activities in our Hasselt/Zaventem office.

The role

In your role as Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the claims within your assigned client portfolio. This portfolio consists of approximately 50% motor claims and 50% other insurance lines, primarily property damage and liability, and includes both mid‑size companies and personal lines.

You will handle and maintain claims data in our systems and coordinate closely with clients, insurers, third parties, lawyers and surveyors throughout the entire process. You actively safeguard and promote our clients' interests by closely monitoring all agreements in place. Providing client‑focused service and ensuring thorough, consistent follow‑up on each file come naturally to you.
