Your Role

As Sales & Marketing Manager (Europe), you will be responsible for maintaining and reactivating client relationships, identifying and approaching new prospects, and supporting the growth of VoiceProductions across the European market. You will combine hands-on sales activities with marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand and expand our customer base.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with production companies, agencies, e-learning providers, and other potential clients
• Follow up on existing leads and manage incoming client requests
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a structured outreach approach
• Collaborate regularly with our team to align on strategy and operations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Familiarity with the voice-over industry is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset
• Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial attitude
• Fluent in English and Dutch
