To support the growth of our client portfolio, and to be able to keep servicing them, we are looking for an additional colleague, preferably located in the south of Europe.

You will perform quality and food safety audits in food and related companies in Europe for our international and global clients, and improve quality & food safety in the food industry by sharing knowledge, experience and expertise through coaching.

You're in control: when not auditing or at a client, you work from home and you can organise your own agenda.

Ultimate flexibility, as long as the work is done in time and of high quality.

You're not afraid of taking taxi's and trains, flying, or sleeping in hotels as the job comes with frequent traveling across Europe: no worries, our travel agent will take care of all the hustle booking your away-from-home time.

About the opportunity:

• Conduct Quality & Food Safety audits to verify compliance with client requirements and help them to improve quality & food safety (finished products, ingredients, raw materials, packaging material, logistic service providers)
• Improve the quality in food companies by a hands-on and practical approach
• Perform value adding internal audits at our clients
• Make the quality system work for the people, not the other way around

What are your competences?

• You are a certified Lead Assessor (FSSC – ISO 9001)
• You have at least 5 years’ practical (audit) experience in Quality & Food Safety
• A hands-on and can-do attitude are in your genes
• You are able to work autonomously in an interdependent environment, and are willing to share professional knowledge and experience
• You are passionate about continuously improving Quality & Food Safety
• You live in Europe, preferably in the south of Europe
• Your English is excellent (spoken and written)
• You have a valid European driving licence
