The role as Field Sales Manager – BeneluxThis new role as Field Sales Manager will be central to driving our Retail and Out of home growth journey across the Benelux region. The position is based in Brussels and reports to the Managing Director Benelux.
You will take full responsibility for leading and developing a team of field sales representatives across the Netherlands and Belgium. Your mission is to deliver profitable growth, secure strong distribution, and ensure that our brands are visible and well executed in-store and in Out of Home channel. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with colleagues across marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain to make it happen.
You are a hands-on sales leader who knows how to get things done in the field. You lead from the front, motivate your team, and focus on execution that delivers results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibility and initiative are encouraged, and you are driven by making a visible difference every day.
