About the role:We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our Demand Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of DSP (Demand-Side Platform) revenue within the dynamic EMEA region. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering partnerships across media agencies and brands, making a significant impact on the digital advertising landscape.
What You'll Do:Grow DSP revenue in the Belgium market, through self and managed service partnerships across media agencies and brands
Proactively source and develop a pipeline of potential clients
Drive uptake of the platform and engagement from buyers of digital advertising and programmatic traders, and ensure seamless ability to transact
Identify incremental opportunities with independent trading desks, brands and boutique agencies who may be new to OOH, as well as traditional OOH buyers
Provide training and support on the digital OOH industry and trading model, ensuring the media model and metrics are understood, and OOH can be easily incorporated into digital deals
Develop strong industry networks and represent the company as required in-market and at events
2-4 years of relevant experience
Understanding of digital advertising technology and trading; programmatic, mobile, audio, data, currency tracking and attribution
Experience in solutions sales in digital advertising and track record of building a business from scratch
Besides English must speak on of the local languages: Dutch (preferred) and/or French
Intrinsic drive, an unwavering commitment to achieving success, and the ability to nurture a small business division within a global support structure
Independent and self-reliant, capable of spearheading the creation of new business opportunities and sales initiatives
Composed in high-stress situations and adept at communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Confident in delivering presentations on technical, product, and business solutions
