The role

We are hiring a Real Estate Investment Consultant to manage client relationships on the Belgian market, with a dedicated office in Brussels.

This position is offered under a freelancing / independent contractor agreement.

You will work with qualified leads provided by our team, focusing on consultations and in-person meetings with clients interested in investing in Dubai real estate.

Responsibilities

· Contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)

· Hold phone and face-to-face meetings with clients

· Meet clients at the Brussels office or at agreed locations

· Travel to clients when required

· Present Dubai off-plan and ready property investment opportunities

· Understand client goals and recommend suitable investments

· Act as the local consultant between Dutch clients and our Dubai headquarters

Requirements

· Dutch, French and English speaker

· Based in or near Brussels

· Valid driving license (mandatory)

· Comfortable with client travel and on-site meetings

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Comfortable in a client-facing, consultative sales role

· Previous real estate experience is a major plus

· Sales or investment advisory experience is an advantage

· Professional, organized, and self-driven
