Position Overview
The
Brand & Marketing Associate
will support the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand presence across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. This role will blend
operational marketing
,
digital marketing
, and
e-commerce activities
, working closely with internal teams, brand partners, and external agencies.
You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in brand messaging, optimizing online presence, and contributing to sales growth through both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing brand marketing initiatives for wholesale and retail channels.
- Support the creation of marketing materials (catalogues, brochures, POS materials, brand guidelines).
- Coordinate with suppliers, brand partners, and retailers to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Organize and support in-store events, product launches, and trade fairs.
- Monitor inventory of marketing materials and coordinate reorders.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with engaging and brand-aligned content.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional blasts.
- Create and schedule digital content in collaboration with the creative/design team.
- Analyze digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare reports.
3. E-Commerce & Online Marketing
- Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on the company's e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product pages for SEO to increase visibility and conversions.
- Coordinate online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- A 2-4 years work experience in marketing is a plus, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or consumer products.
- Experience and/or education in both offline and online marketing (social media, SEO, email marketing, e-commerce).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work in a small, dynamic team with a hands-on approach.
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking.
- Passion for watches, jewelry, and luxury goods is a plus.
