About the Role:
Playing a pivotal role in optimizing our commercial processes, driving user adoption of our Salesforce.com CRM system, and enhancing sales performance across the organization.
Responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows, unlock the full potential of our CRM platform, and improve sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance:
- Support sales strategies and initiatives: Support design and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and improve sales performance, leveraging your Salesforce.com expertise to optimize data analysis and insights.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement: Utilize Salesforce.com reports and dashboards to gain deeper insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends, enabling you to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set performance targets and KPIs: Work closely with sales leadership to define clear performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives, ensuring that Salesforce.com is leveraged to track progress and measure success.
- Design and deliver training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team: Develop and deliver comprehensive training utilizing Salesforce.com resources and best practices, empowering the sales team to effectively leverage the platform and enhance their sales skills.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance: Prepare insightful reports and presentations using Salesforce.com data and analytics, providing senior management with actionable insights into sales performance, key trends, and areas for improvement.
- Lead projects aimed at improving sales operations and customer satisfaction: Utilize your Salesforce.com knowledge to lead projects that streamline sales operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive overall customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team: Promote a data-driven and results-oriented mindset within the sales team, encouraging the use of Salesforce.com for data analysis, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of Salesforce.com: Work closely with the sales team to identify areas where Salesforce.com can be improved to better meet their needs, and actively implement enhancements and new features to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
Tool Optimization:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and tools: Leverage Salesforce.com analytics and reporting features to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead efforts to improve and maintain sales tools and technologies, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team: Drive the implementation of new features and functionalities within Salesforce.com to enhance existing tools and technologies, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the sales team.
- Work closely with other departments to implement new tools and technologies: Collaborate with other departments to integrate new tools and technologies into Salesforce.com, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Train the sales team on the effective use of sales tools and technologies: Develop and deliver targeted training on the use of Salesforce.com tools and functionalities, empowering the sales team to effectively utilize the platform for greater productivity and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest sales tools and technology trends to ensure the team has access to the best resources: Continuously research and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in sales, exploring how these can be integrated into Salesforce.com to provide the sales team with the most up-to-date resources and tools.
Your profile :
- Strong analytic and strategic skills
- Interest to understand the business and go “behind the numbers”
- Be able to analyze an issue from different perspectives and create well-reasoned solutions
- Proactive, stress resilient, well-organized person. Ability to think “out of the box”
- Certified as Salesforce administrator/developer. Experience with BPC, SAP and SQL skills is an advantage.
- 5 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of structured and unstructured data, its management, and modern data transformation methodologies
- Flexible and adaptable and work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and professionalism
