Essential Experience & Skills

Must-Have Credentials:

• 20+ years
   total SAP experience with 
  15+ years
   focused on PTP/MM
• Proven Bluefield S/4HANA migration expertise
   – non-negotiable
• Large-scale project leadership
   combining technical mastery with managerial excellence
• Deep S/4HANA conversion knowledge
   with hands-on implementation experience

Technical Excellence Required:

• Advanced expertise in 
  intercompany processes, tolling, MRP planning
• 3PL integration, logistics execution & warehouse management (EWM)
• Complex 
  inventory management
   and 
  procurement optimisation
• Functional specification writing
   and 
  RICEF testing
• Master data governance
   and 
  data migration partnership
   (SNP/Siniti experience advantageous)

Leadership & Delivery:

• Cross-functional team leadership
   and consultant mentoring
• Stakeholder management
   and 
  change management
   facilitation
• End-to-end module ownership
   including critical integration points
• Continuous improvement
   mindset with best practice implementation

Industry Edge:

• Pharmaceutical sector experience
   highly valued
• Project management certification
   preferred
• Testing methodology
   expertise beneficial

What You'll Deliver

Strategic Leadership

• Own and orchestrate all SAP MM operations throughout the S/4HANA transformation
• Design innovative solutions based on industry best practices and business requirements
• Lead comprehensive testing strategies and provide expert ongoing support

Technical Excellence

• Execute complex Bluefield configurations with precision
• Ensure seamless integration across all SAP modules
• Collaborate with data migration specialists for flawless data validation

Team Development

• Mentor and guide consultant teams to peak performance
• Act as primary client liaison for technical troubleshooting and resolution
• Drive knowledge transfer and capability building
