Our revenue have more than tripled in the past three years.

To support this rapid growth driven by innovation, operational excellence, and the successful execution of large-scale projects, we are seeking a

Director of Operations, part of the executive committee.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s operational strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring performance, quality, and safety across all sites and industrial large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and lead the operational strategy in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
• Lead operational teams (Production, Quality, Supply chain, HSE…).
• Oversee industrial, logistics, and technical operations across multiple sites.
• Structure and optimize processes to support scaling and transformation.
• Ensure successful execution of large-scale industrial projects (timeline, quality, budget, customer relation).
• Implement performance indicators and management tools.
• Collaborate closely with other executive committee members (Finance, HR, Sales…).
• Represent operations in external and institutional partnerships.

Your Profile :

• Higher education degree (engineering, business school with industrial specialization…).
• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior operations roles within the industrial sector.
• Strong background in industry, piping, construction, and large technical projects.
• Recognized leadership, strategic mindset, and strong results orientation.
• Experience in fast-paced, transforming environments.
• Ability to structure, lead, and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of large industrial project challenges.
