Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience);
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‐on experience in financial system (EBA) or similar financial systems for IT products/services;
• Minimum 2 years working with resource anagement systems like SNOW or similar ones.

Duties/role:

• Supporting the receipting process in the internal system (EBA) and creating work confirmations for invoice payments;
• Tracking hours allocated to the project team in support of projects using the internal system Service Now (SNOW);
• Preparing necessary paperwork for onboarding third-party contractors (e.g., from HP, Cisco) to various NATO facilities, primarily BLA and SHAPE.
