You're data-driven and comfortable showing your work — dashboards, analytics, insights — and you don't wait to be chased. Vaultspeed is hiring a hands-on Head of Marketing to own pipeline, demand generation, and global execution. You'll report directly to the CEO and take a seat on the Senior Management Team, shaping growth strategy at the highest level of the business. This is not a consultancy role. This is about delivery. The Opportunity Vaultspeed is scaling fast, competing globally with leading Silicon Valley players, with Europe and the US as our key growth markets. Marketing has been a senior function here before — but now we need the leader who can truly make it click through execution, ownership, and measurable impact. Working with Patrick (CEO) This role reports directly into Patrick, Vaultspeed's CEO. Patrick is a clear, empowering, and highly respected leader. He gives autonomy and trust — but expects execution, accountability, and results. You won't be chased for updates. You'll bring dashboards, insights, and momentum proactively. Key Stakeholder Alignment You will work closely with Falke, Head of Sales, to tightly align marketing and sales around demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue outcomes. What Success Looks Like Own global demand generation and pipeline creation Build and execute campaigns that convert (not just look good) Run marketing with a commercial, revenue-first mindset Leverage AI tools and modern marketing tech to scale impact Track performance through dashboards, analytics, and proactive reporting Lead Vaultspeed's presence across events, content, and field marketing Develop partner marketing initiatives to expand reach Marketing in the Age of AI Vaultspeed uses AI extensively to boost productivity and keep the team lean and agile. We expect our Head of Marketing to be current on lead generation in the age of LLMs — someone who understands how AI is reshaping pipeline creation, content production, and campaign execution.
