Sales advisor

We are currently recruiting a full time retail sales advisor for our store in Maasmechelen Outlet Village.

According to your working experience and seniority you will:

• Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience
• Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the concession economic results
• Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floor
• Attend to deliveries within day of arrival
• Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues

• Previous and proven experience (at least 2 years) in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brands
• Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritise work load, meet deadlines and specified standards
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Customer oriented, organised and with a positive/constructive attitude
