Then continue reading! /p h3Profil /h3 ul liYou have a master's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience. /li liYou have at least 8 years of experience in broad, generalist HR roles. /li liYou have management and leadership experience, with a track record of building effective teams and motivating diverse groups of professionals. /li liYou have strong, proven expertise and experience in organisational development and change management. /li liYou demonstrate strong project management capabilities and the ability to translate HR strategy into concrete, implementable solutions in a fast-changing global context. /li liYou have experience working in international and intercultural contexts; experience in the development sector or international organisations is an asset. /li liYou are proficient in English at CEFR level C1. /li liYou are authorised to work in Belgium. /li liA dynamic working environment in an international context. /li liAn exciting job in a growing organisation with varied responsibilities and opportunities for professional development. /li liA complete remuneration package, with a base salary (€6000 - €7500) considering your relevant seniority and competitive benefits. /li liThis is a full-time contract (80% position can be discussed) until the end of March 2027, ideally starting as soon as possible. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
