You will be the bridge between our regulatory requirements and the banking sector's technological capabilities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Banking Acquisition: * Identify, pitch, and onboard global banking partners (Tier-1, Tier-2, and Neobanks) that offer API-driven Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions. Target institutions capable of providing dedicated sub-ledger accounts and virtual IBANs for non-resident clients, particularly in the Greater China region. Relationship Management & Scaling: * Act as the primary institutional point of contact, managing senior-level relationships with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Compliance Officers at partner banks. Continuously optimize the \"buffer\" phrasing and professional positioning of VSTAR's business model to ensure long-term account stability and high-volume throughput. API-Led Solution Design: * Collaborate with the Tech and Product teams to implement Embedded Finance workflows, focusing on automated reconciliation, real-time fund segregation, and instant disbursements. Advise on the integration of Local Rails (e.g., ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments) to reduce cross-border friction for our users. Institutional KYB & Compliance: * Lead the end-to-end Know Your Business (KYB) process, preparing high-level documentation that clarifies our regulatory standing, fund segregation policies, and AML frameworks. Monitor global regulatory shifts to proactively pivot our banking strategy before it impacts the ecosystem's scalability. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in Institutional Banking, Payments, or Fintech Partnerships. Experience working directly within a bank's FI (Financial Institutions) or BaaS desk is a significant advantage. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the brokerage ecosystem, including fund flow mechanics, segregated client money requirements, and the technical nuances of Virtual Accounts (vIBANs). Network: An established \"rolodex\" of contacts in global banking hubs (e.g., London, Singapore, New York, Cyprus, and Dubai).
