For one of our clients active in the energy sector, we are looking for an M&A expert.

This innovative client is investing in new technologies like hydrogen to ensure an energy transition in line with European directives.

Their latest acquisition projects go cross borders and range from 300 to 700 MEUR.

Your tasks:

·      You are in charge of valuation for future acquisitions & acquired subsidiaries

·      You conduct business plans to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks on existing assets 

·      You follow the projects during their full life cycle from opportunity assessment to continuous improvements of the investment

·      You are in charge of the due diligence

·      You are the key contact person for investment banks

·      You report directly to the Head of M&A

Your profile: 

·      You have a Master degree in Economics or a related field

·      You have minimum 5 years of experience in valuation & modelling in the corporate or banking sector 

·      You have excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and are persuasive 

·      You have an interest in the energy sector 

·      You are French speaking, fluent in English and you understand Dutch 

Your offer:
