We’re looking for a Site Operations Lead to manage the delivery of integrated laboratory services at our client’s site in Beerse, Antwerp.

Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday

Languages required: Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of supervisors, helpdesk, and technical staff on-site.
• Oversee lab service delivery, ensuring top-tier performance, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Johnson & Johnson’s lab stakeholders to deliver tailored operational support.
• Manage metrics, KPIs, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace culture in line with J&J standards.
• Utilise SAP and CRM systems for effective asset and operations management.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience in operations management in a regulated lab/pharma environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Familiarity with GxP, Health & Safety standards, and SAP or equivalent systems.
• Sharp analytical and communication skills.
• A proactive, quality- and results-driven mindset.
