Vinçotte – part of the Kiwa Group – is a leading provider of vehicle type approval and technical inspection services. Within our Vehicle Homologation department, we work across borders with global manufacturers of cars, trucks, and components to ensure regulatory compliance in line with EU, UN, and ISO standards. Our engineers and contract managers operate in a fast-evolving environment shaped by innovation, regulation, and international partnerships – from Japan to India to Belgium.
To further strengthen our operational excellence, we are now hiring a Compliance & Quality Manager with a focus on audits, accreditation, and process improvement.
About the role
As
Compliance & Quality Manager
– Vehicle Homologation, you will be responsible for
establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the department's compliance and quality framework
in line with applicable regulations and standards.
You will coordinate and support audits — including Initial Assessments, Conformity of Production (CoP), and ISO 9001 — ensuring that regulatory requirements (EU 2018/858, ISO are effectively translated into internal procedures and operational practices. Beyond current compliance, you'll play a key role in preparing the department for future standard integrations and accreditation processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Collaboration will be central to your work. You will closely partner with the Operations Manager, Technical Managers, and our international Kiwa network.
Your responsibilities will be split across three key areas: approximately 20% of your time will be dedicated to ISO 9001 audits in India, 30% to witnessing vehicle test campaigns, and 50% to process review and the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the department's compliance and quality framework in line with applicable regulations and standards.
Your Key Responsibilities

Degree:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Automotive or related technical field.
Experience & knowledge:
Language:
Fluent in English and Dutch
or
French.
Personally:
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, including with teams in India and Japan.
