UpWider is a Management Consulting scale up , based in Brussels. • To support our clients ( large international companies) in the execution of their strategic development. • Business and Market Development, Market and Data Intelligence, Digital and ICT Management, Operational Excellence. • Human and long-term relationships : we are committed to the development of our employees with a strong training programme. • As a Business Developer and future Team Manager, what will the job be? You will be responsible for a client portfolio: major accounts and BEL20, in various industries: Energy-Utilities, Finance, Retail, Telco Transport, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector … be the point of contact for your client, and work hand-in-hand with the HR & consulting teams, to identify the perfect consultants for each project or need, • build competitive and relevant proposals to create the best offer (consultants’ team, expertise, conditions), • get Team Leadership: build and develop your own team of high potential consultants.   20% research & collaboration with the HR team, • Tailor-made training with Claude, the founder and company's CEO, who will share his 25 years of business experience with you on a daily basis. • You'll have a very varied day, with no boredom, as you'll be doing 3 jobs in 1: business development, HR and project management. • As the voice of the client internally, you'll play a central role in the team. • You’ll make your job meaningful and see your direct impact : contribute to the growth of the company , find the right projects for your consultants and help your clients with their challenges. • Through your work, you will be aware of all the major challenges facing your key accounts, which are major players in their markets. • It's your turn to recruit and coach junior business developers when you're ready . • The whole team (around 10 people) likes working closely together in the office (Louise Avenue) or celebrate our victories over an aperitif or lunch. The work of each individual counts, it's the success of the whole team!     have at least 1 year of Business Development experience , if in a consulting firm or a recruitment company is an advantage, · are fluent in French and / or Dutch and English, you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, · have a dynamic, outgoing, and ambitious personality : you want to become one of the pillars of the company and be part of the management team in the near future. · What is the recruitment process like?
