Universal Music Belgium is looking for a Growth Manager to join the Marketing & Sales team.
As a Growth Manager, you are the engine behind our online growth. You are a hybrid talent who bridges data, technology, and commerce. You work closely with the Physical Sales Manager and the Data & Performance team on the strategy, development, and management across the entire digital spectrum: from attracting new customers through paid advertising to maximizing customer lifetime value via CRM and improving conversion on our e-commerce platform, Musicstation.be.

Your Responsibilities
E-commerce:
- You analyze the performance of our webshop (Shopify) and proactively identify opportunities to improve the user experience and conversion rates.
- You manage product launches and online promotions from A to Z.
- You help keep our online store up to date.
- You implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously improve onsite performance and maximize conversions.
CRM & Email Marketing:
- You are the owner of our CRM system and develop a strategy to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- You build and optimize automated email flows (welcome campaigns, abandoned cart, win-back flows, etc.).
- You segment our customer database for personalized and targeted campaigns.
- You analyze the results of your campaigns and make data-driven adjustments (open rates, CTR, conversions, LTV)
Paid Advertising & Customer Acquisition:
- You develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on channels such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok.
- You manage advertising budgets efficiently and continuously optimize for key KPIs such as ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
- You experiment with new channels, audiences, and ad formats to accelerate our growth.
- You ensure seamless lead and conversion tracking with accurate tracking setups.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- You are the expert in analytics and other analysis tools. You translate data into concrete insights and action plans.
- You build and maintain dashboards (e.g., in Looker Studio) to monitor campaign performance and overall e-commerce health.
- You report regularly to management on results and proactively propose improvements.

Who We’re Looking For:
- You have at least 2–4 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within an e-commerce or D2C environment.
- Data is your second language: You are analytically strong and make decisions based on numbers rather than gut feeling.
- You are familiar with the following tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics & Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Shopify, and Channable.
- You have a strong sales and growth mindset. You are commercially oriented, results-driven, and always think in terms of ROI.
