Your position on the team

As a
Supply Chain / Operations Assistant
, you'll play a key administrative role in our day-to-day operations.

You'll support the team in processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. Thanks to your precision and coordination, everything runs smoothly — from order creation to arrival in the warehouse.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Creating and following up purchase orders (POs)
• Supporting order processing and shipment documentation
• Communicating with suppliers regarding deliveries and paperwork
• Checking order confirmations and shipping details
• Monitoring stock levels and delivery timelines
• Providing administrative support to other operations teams (transport, customs, warehouse, planning)
• Contributing to process improvements within the supply chain and order flow

You'll work closely with colleagues in transport, customer service, and master data, and report to the
Operations Manager / Team Lead
.

Your strengths

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years' experience in an
  administrative supply chain
  , logistics, operations role
• Excellent knowledge of
  Microsoft Excel
  and confident working with
  Microsoft 365
  (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Structured, accurate, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills (English required – additional languages are a plus)
• Experience with
  SAP Business One
  is an advantage
• Affinity with sports or sporting goods is a plus
