Direct reporting line: Branch Operations Manager

Direct reports: None

Key Interfaces- internal: Country General Managers, Country Operations Managers, Branch Operations Managers, Branch Administrators, Country Fleet planners

Key Interfaces- external: Branches within EU, Transport companies and various other third-party service providers.

Location: The position will be based at the country headquarter or a designated branch.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supply chain and/or logistics role
• Solid experience with ERP in a distribution or rental environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel
• Proficient in local language and English

Tasks & Responsibilities of the role:

• Execute and maintain the fleet planning process within the country
• Monitor and analyze outstanding reservations and branch requests
• Manage required fleet transfers between branches and countries
• Maintain frequent contact with counterparts to ensure smooth operations
• Optimize national and international equipment moves
• Managing hauling costs across Europe and select appropriate transport companies
