Vous vous occupez du support quotidien des utilisateurs à l'aide d'un outil de ticketing afin de leur permettre de travailler correctement. Vous veillez à la bonne gestion du stock de matériel. Vous devez mettre en place des process IT et maintenir la documentation à jour.
